United Systems employees’ volunteer in many different church, non-profit and benefit programs. We will be highlighting some of the regular, special events, and groups impacted by our United Systems employees on a volunteer basis.

We appreciate the extra time the employees take out of their schedules to help others in need. This service to others is a part of our culture and is one of the things that makes United Systems Stand out in the crowd.

One of our own, Heather Ellison, has been a blood donor for 12 years. Heather believes in giving back to others through the donation of blood. After one of Heather's regular donations, she received a call asking her to participate in a story of a young man that had a car accident.  He had received one of her pints of blood just donated days prior to the accident. This was no ordinary accident, he was thrown from a car traveling over 100 miles per hour. He landed over 40 feet away from the car and was sent by medi-flight to OU Medical Center.
