Saving money at that district level. As the number of projectors, document cameras, computers and electrical equipment grows in the classrooms so does the cost to the district. United Systems looks at the entire package for the Intelligent Classroom project. Room controls allow the control of the district equipment to be centrally managed. This central management is capable of shutting down projectors and other electrical equipment during  non-use hours. Saving light bulbs, power, and wear on the equipment can save limited resources. A side benefit is being able to see how the equipment is being used through reporting.
